BernieHund: The Political Watchdog

The so-called debate was the worst effort of an entertainment program I have seen since I lost the remote control during Big Brother or whatever that show is where the boy with the pink mohawk was kicked out.

Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopoulos showed absolutely no ability to hit any issue for the first hour of the debate.  Instead, they dragged Rev. Jeremiah Wright out of the closet and revisited Bosnia.  I cannot believe in a time when our nation is being flushed down the toilet by the present administration these two media personalities would dare to ask such inane questions.  Apparently, this is sweeps week and Charlie and George are going for air time and trying to drag out the trash.  Once again, another chance for the people to learn about the differences between the candidates and we are watching trash.

Additionally, I find it a bit odd that George Stephanopoulos was even sitting at the moderator table.  Doesn’t it seem a bit odd?  He did work in the Clinton White House.  In fact, that’s where he gained his first glimpse of fame.  He only left the Bill Clinton administration when Monica entered it.  Another disappointment. 

So… an hour into the debate I was sick and ready to look for the remote. 

I’ll be back if anything looks promising in the second half.  Otherwise, I’m going to watch an old movie.
