U.S. Supreme Court Sides With Consumers For Once

Today was a big day in the U.S. Supreme Court.  The justices, in a 6-3 decision, said that an FDA-approval label does not protect pharmaceuticals from lawsuits.

FDA Grilled Over Peanut Butter Recall
