The 778 page Nelson/Collins $838 Billion Stimulus Package passes the final Senate vote 61-37 with Collins, Snowe and Specter coming over from the Republican side of the isle to carry the 60 vote majority needed.
The bill will now return to the House. The Senate and the House will work to draft the final compromise bill.
