Work Begins: Suspend Guantanamo Legal Proceedings

The Supreme Court Finds the Constitution

Breaking News:  According to ABC News, The Supreme Court has determined that Guantanamo prisoners have the CONSTITUTIONAL right to challenge their confinement before federal judges.
