Robert Sturgell, Acting Director of FAA, Interviewed on The News Hour

Interviewed tonight on The News Hour, Robert Sturgell of the FAA said there had been a two-fold breakdown between the FAA and Southwest Airlines.  That’s what led to this massive re-inspection process.
